These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access and use of the services provided via the website https://bettrcontractor.com, operated by BETTR LEAD, a company registered at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. Services Provided

Bettr Contractor, operated by BettrLead, provides access to pre-qualified, signed residential and commercial solar installation clients ("Leads") to verified and licensed solar contractors ("Installers" or "Users").

Our services include:

• Qualification and verification of solar prospects
• Appointment setting and deal closing
• Delivery of ready-to-install client files
• Documentation support for installation projects

2. Eligibility and Contractor Verification

Access to client files is restricted to:

• Licensed solar installers
• Insured contractors meeting state and local compliance
• Users approved through our internal vetting process

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time based on qualification status or breach of agreement.

3. Use of Leads and Data

All leads provided through Bettr Contractor are:

• Exclusive to the contractor to whom they are assigned
• Intended solely for solar installation purposes
• Protected under confidentiality and may not be shared, resold, or reused outside of the agreed project

Unauthorized use of lead data will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

4. Payments and Fees

Contractors are billed for each assigned lead or according to a pre-agreed package. All fees are:

• Final and non-refundable once a lead is delivered
• Subject to the terms of your individual service agreement

Late payments may result in account suspension or service interruption.

5. No Guarantee of Conversion

While Bettr Contractor delivers signed and verified clients, we do not guarantee installation completion, customer payment, or project success.

Installers are responsible for site evaluation, permit handling, and final delivery of the installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

BettrLead shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Disputes between installer and client
• Delays or issues outside of our control

Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the value of the lead(s) provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, documents, and branding on bettrcontractor.com are the property of BettrLead and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform or services at any time, for violation of these terms, fraud, or reputational risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
